Hey, I noticed my friend was wearing biker shorts under her skirts. This is the 2nd friend I noticed. Is there a trend for this? Does it make your thighs look smaller or it's just to prevent underwear lines? What's the difference than a slip?

Could be any of those reasons.
The biggest reason for me is it prevents chafing. Slips don't.

I wear it to prevent heat rashes..even in the winter. And when I wear nude stocking I wear on top. I think it just became a sensory thing for me at this point.
