I can’t leave my oven on and I was trying to think how I can get really good kugel. I need too much to put in the cholent. Does anyone know if it would be good on the blech overnight?

I did it this shabbos and it didn't come out so good...maybe I should have left it closer to the flame?

Pour hot water on top. Cover it very well. Place on the blech inside a pan that has water in it.

It needs to be very well covered. I leave it very close to flame not directly on
The outer edge may get dry but when you cut in it should be delicious
