Looks like a packed handful (1 loosely filled cup) parsley, 1/2 red onion, 10 pitted kalamata olives, 1 heaping teaspoon each harissa seasoning and zaatar, 1 large garlic clove, salt, 1 tsp each, honey and balsamic, around 3 tbsp olive oil
