In the fridge overnight or straight in the o en?

I've served microwaved from the freezer, put on blech from fridge after slightly defrosted, heated in the oven then put on blech and no one ever said anything about any difference. But we're not fancy people, we just eat most things.

I defrost overnight in the fridge, then bring it to room temperature and then warm it up till it's crispy.
