4 eggs
1 cup oil
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
(mix)
4.5+ cups flour (add 1 cup at a time, after 4.5 add by 1/8 cup)

bake 15 min

From Jodi Reches

2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/4 OJ
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix

Add 1 cup sugar

Mix

3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

I mix in a mixer

Refrigerate dough until harder

Then bake 350 for 17 minutes.

Thanks! How many Hamentaschen does it make? Like regular sized ones

Oh my gosh thank you so much for posting! My son just made these all on his own and he's not such a baker. Literally everyone came out absolutely perfect! When I make them they all fall apart and certainly do not look like triangles. These are literally nice enough to give out. Going to save this recipe for every single year. I'm fasting and have no strength but my son is 14 and is fasting and he made them.

I'm not sure because he doubled the recipe and he didn't make them all so we could have some fresh ones for tomorrow. I definitely have one Ziploc full and probably another one to go and they're pretty decent size. Sorry that might not be exactly what you're asking for but it's the best that I have. But they were so good! Broke my fast on one
