Remove plastic, cover tightly with foil and reheat.
If the kugel seems dry you can add water or oil on top of the kugel before covering and reheating.

No don't leave the plastic on. They pack it that way so the oil doesn't leak.
Sometimes they keep it like that for a warming machine, but it can't go into a hot oven that way.
This says if it's double layered with foil like the caterers do it, the oven temp can't go higher than 250 F.

Wow this is so informative! I do have a warming drawer that the hottest temp is 200 so I can leave it in there all day….
