Does anyone have good sugarfree Pesach recipes with xylitol?

I usually experiment a lot when I'm baking. Xylitol is too expensive for such risks. Are there any tried and true recipes?

2 eggs
3 cups almond flour
Pinch salt
1 cup sugar- or use what you want

Roll into u shaped cookies. Bake for 20 minutes. Dip the ends into chocolate
