You really don’t want to bake it and freeze. Defrosted, already cooked chicken never tastes good.

Chicken marsala is supposed to freeze well. The recipes I saw say dredged skinless boneless top cutlets in potato starch, fry a few minutes on each side. Saute onions and mushrooms, stir in a spoon of potato starch and white wine and tomato sauce or chicken broth. Put chicken back in and simmer. Or transfer to pan, cover, and bake. (Google for proportions and more precise.)
Chicken legs don't reheat well. I have prepped them raw and fresh, frozen, then baked, and quality is excellent.
