A platter of everything together with pesach crackers. We put out guacamole, tuna, sliced eggs, and sliced kielbasa all at once. Everybody takes what they like. Then kugel comes out of oven (and later chicken, so there's food to fill chometz hungry people).

Fish and zucchini noodles with a dessert of watermelon. All foods we ate in Egypt, to get everyone in the mood. We also have baked potatoes and a veggie platter.

I put up a big pot of chicken soup early in the day and anyone who gets hungry can serve themselves.

Chicken from the chicken soup, that usually nobody cares to eat! And a big potato kugel. I’ll slice veggies too.

I make extra pot roast or brisket, and serve it sliced- cold for easy prep. Usually with kugel and cut up veg.

Right now my girls and I are eating scrambled eggs with cheese. Eventually my husband will make salmon and roasted potatoes.
