Can I kasher a knife with a plastic handle from regular kitchen to use on pesach?

AYLOR but probably not. Knives with separate handles are not kasherable because stuff works its way under the handle and is impossible to clean. Unserrated knives made of one piece of metal are pretty much the only kind you can kasher.
