We only eat boiled meat so it’s onion soup with the Flanken from it being served as the main, along with potato kugel or mashed potatoes, beet salad and cucumber salad

I forgot something- the full recipe is
spahckoked chicken (cant spell that lol- chicken with spine removed)

in a bowl I mix a tablespoon of mayo, paprika, salt, pepper, half a cup of OJ, some olive oil. I check my fruits well then chop them in half- a handful of figs, 4-5 dates, I dice a fresh plum, half some carrots, celery and those small potatoes

Mix the chicken and everything well. Marinate in a cooking bag overnight.

Cook in glass pyrex tray covered on 350 for 2 hours (you have to check if it needs longer, I really wing it), uncover and brown it off

Everyone's menu sounds so good.
We're having chicken soup, chicken marsala, broccoli, probably some sort of potato or quinoa. I have various cakes and lots of ices and fruits. If we want to desserts. I will really wing it based on what people are in the mood of. (It's just us no guests)
