I served braised lamb and someone told me not appropriate at seder. I thought about it before serving and decided that it's no different than beef as long as it's not roasted. Curious what others think.

I don’t know what the process is to braise, but we don’t serve lamb at the sedarim or on the first day.

Got it. I don’t know, we don’t eat lamb for the first 3 meals, and usually I don’t make it for the fourth either. I wait until the second days.
