And just find the kugel blade elsewhere and add it?
I’m eyeing a Hamilton beach that’s well priced and comes with a shredding bled but not grating

I have a no name no kugel food processor and I just use the regular s blade for kugel and it comes out fine. I'm sure there are pickier people out there but just saying.

That’s what I’ve been doing but I do like a finer kugel and if I’m in the market for a new processor I may as well try

There's a Hamilton Beach one that comes with a fine shred blade in addition to regular shred and it works very well for the potato kugel my family likes.
