People named Kreindy and Meilech usually don’t name their daughter Esmeralda.

For my husbands coworkers and boss - do I adress it to their first names? That’s how he usually talks to them on first name basis

If dh calls them by first name and you both sign, yes, use their first names but sign " Kreindy and Meilech Mitschlepper y Pérez de Ungar y Gómez" .
