I always had thick beautiful hair before I got married. Fast forward 14.5 years and my hair never sees the sun or gets much air. I’m ualy always wearing Shaitels or tichels at home. The front of my hair is balding!! I use a shaitel with a built in wig grip, and have used a wig grip under my shaitel as well.
Are there any natural remedies for bald spots?? I’m only 35

I'm younger and married less than you. Already have this too. I think it's just a byproduct of covering your hair all the time. Honestly I joke I may as well have something sewn on. No clips in my wigs btw.

No its horrible. I'd love to poll this how many people have this problem.
During lockdowns I didn't use wigs at all and my hair recovered a lot.
