I made a bag of regular lentils--cooked, salted and pureed for a different recipe and I have a bunch left over I thought it would work in a different recipe, but no.
Looking for something to do with them.

Combine pureed lentils with egg, flour, breadcrumbs and season with cumin, curry, coriander, salt to taste. Form into patties and bake.
greeneyes recipe uses a mixture of tomato paste and soy sauce instead of eggs. I use these measurements (but use eggs instead).
