I was told that Adidas Tiro pants are the must-have pants for sleepaway camp and I've been trying to get some for my petite 12 year old son, but am so confused by the sizing. The small is too small on him and the next size up - medium is huge. (We've been trying the Tiro 21s if that makes any difference.) We can't be the only one with this problem. I searched for a slimfit option, but don't see any. What does everyone this size do?

Try kids size. My skinny ds just started wearing adult XS at age 15.
The kids pants are cut differently

My 11 yr old is starting to wear medium kids he’s usually size 14/16

Maybe try a diff "year" of the tiros. Each one runs differently. My 13 yr old son wears a medium in the older version tiros(maybe 19s) and the tiro 21s he is going into a large.

Agree to go with kid sizes.

Than it's too short on my skinny tall 11 yr old. Any other ideas ??? For school pants he wears girls but tiros are gender nuetral

This was the solution that worked for us, thank you!! The Tiro 19 smalls are a tad longer than the 21s.
