What are the lowest calorie crunchy foods, (chips/crackers)?

How do you feel about pita chips or banana chips? Both have a bit of salt (depending on the flavoring), both have a decent amount of crunch.

For that matter, how do you feel about saltines? You can get them with or without salt, if you are trying to cut back on sodium.

You might want to rethink your strategy.

Looking for the cracker with the fewest calories or lowest fat content isn't necessarily going to help you lose weight.

Carbs are addictive and triggering, particularly simple carbs. And the calorie count differences between X ounces of this cracker vs X ounces of that one isn't likely to make a big difference.

Trying to choose from options you don't love will usually build cravings that eventually erupt -- ("I'm limiting myself to one matza cracker a day", then, under stress, or post-diet eating 2 huge boxes of Cheez-its in one sitting).

You'd probably do better either limiting portion size of a cracker that you really like, or not even bothering, but doing Intuitive Eating (worth reading about).

Wise onion rings are lower calorie than chips
