Doesanybody have cell phone service from Optimum? Is it good? Do is it work well in Lakewood? Anywhere else? Thanks.

I have optimum on my cell phone in monsey. Terrible service. Always have dropped calls. When I signed up they said they won't lock me into a contract. But now that I see how bad it is I wanted to switch to different cell company. I will need to pay up the cost of the cell phone.
They sent me a new sim card which supposedly helps. But still had dropped calls.
