Storybook for kindergartens

There are many children's book being published these days. Easy for a 4 year old to follow, Sometimes they are worded very simple for 5,6,7 year old that would also enjoy the topic.

Can you think of such topics that you dont mind buying in a more complicated version? Would like to see for that age range? What new topics would you like to see published? What are some age appropriate problems or senerios you see happen as a educator, or parent that would be a good topic for a storybook?

I would love to see significantly more diversity and less heavy-handedness with the lessons.
