I never drink coffee and usually an amazing faster bh. I got hooked on these bars and have 1-2 a day usually. I am wondering if its like drinking a coffee. Worried it will have an effect on my fast.

Ok, so based on very rough online calculations.

0.5% * 80 grams in a bar = 4 grams of ground coffee. It seems there are approximately 12 mg of caffeine per gram, so a bar would have about 48 mg caffeine.

For reference, an 8 oz cup of coffee has about 95 mg caffeine, about double one of these bars. A 12 oz can of coke has 34 mg.

I don't know exactly how much caffeine consumption would cause withdrawal. It probably depends on the person.

My husband asks one of the Klein’s kids involved in this and he said there’s no caffeine in it at all. I needed to know as I was off caffeine
