Make baked potatoes. Cut open or scoop out, stuff, bake again until bubbly

Mix the potatoes with a little milk, butter/ margarine, salt, pepper , grated cheese of your choice, place in a potatoe peel, put some more cheese on top, cover and bake at 350 until ready.. you can also add steamed broccoli and mushrooms to the mixture.. enjoy 🥰

I just made it

Scrub and bake potatoes at 400
Cut in half and scoop out potatoes. Mash with butter, salt and chopped broccoli (I steamed the broccoli first). Put back in potato peels. Cover with a slice of cheese.

Put back in oven till cheese is melted.

I saw the recipe on line, I haven’t tried it, but I heard cheddar cheese is the best one as it gives it a yumminess to it.. and put a little sour cream in the mixture as well.. ☺️
