I’m looking for a new job. Can people post of recruiters I can reach out to in the area? How does it usually work? Do I pay them a fee?

IZN - Helped find a few jobs, extremely helpful

You don't pay anything, if they find you a job then the company pays them a percentage of your salary.

There's also PCS, Candibots, LakewoodJobs - didn't have a good experience with Candibots or Lakewoodjobs

There is no fee. The employer is the one who pays if the job works out.

I got my job through Candibots. They were very helpful. Besides for finding the job they also advised me and negotiated with my prospective employer for me.
