what do you put on for that? do you go to the dr, or do you just buy something over the counter?

Go to the doctor. You need a cream or something. It probably won't go away on its own.

Try to ask the The dr to give you a cream without examining her- she would 4sure be very uncomfortable being seen.

Try Monistat or other OTC ones first. Cotton underwear, minimal wearing tights/ pantyhose, lower sugar consumption.
