My toddler started waking up early to start his day (5:30) wich I can live with.
This is regardless of what time he goes to sleep at night.
The issue is, on top of that he wakes up at 1:00am and at 3:00am.
He climbs out of his crib, comes to my husband and my room and knocks on the door and cries.
It takes 20min to put him back to sleep each time.

This is all a sudden change in his sleep pattern. He is in the same playgroup for a long time and he likes it. No big changes happened at home.
He isn’t afraid of anything.
He’s fine during the day.
He shares a room with his twin and his twin just sleeps through it all.

I really need to not be woken up in the middle of the night.

How can I get to the bottom of what is going on and get him to sleep through the night?
