Yes, not every item though. Some items that ship, ship free if $49 of free shipping items are bought. The rest have pretty hefty shipping fees (but still may be cheaper than buying locally in Israel).

To see which items ship to Israel, change the address on the top to an Israeli shipping address and below each item will either same ships to Israel or free shipping with $49 purchase. Note that if your total order is $75.00 or more you will need to pay customs fees to Israel (amazon will calculate add it to your charges before you check out).
