What are the easiest greens salad to make for a crowd? I need 3 ideas I think. I won't have much time to cut up and prepare day of, so easy is key.
This is for shalosh seudahs for my son's BM shabbos. It's going to be hectic so I'm crowd sourcing for advice here.

Fancier salads?
If you prepare dressings in advance
And buy pre-checked you could make
A Cabbage salad
Caesar salad
Broccoli salad

Pasta salad. Do in advance and transfer to bowl.
Israeli salad. Chop before just mix and spice
Lettuce salads. Checked lettuce. All components cut up before and dressing made. Just mix and dress.
Potato salad can be done in advance.
I. General anything can work. Just keep components separate and mix right before.

1-Red cabbage salad with toasted almond.
2-Broccoli(use frozen) craisins and cashew salad
3-Romaine,cherry tomatoes and cut up colorful peppers.
4- corn salad(use cans) colorful peppers diced small, red onions or pickles, mayonnaise dressing
5- cucumber salad with dill dressing(classic but usually appreciated!)
Super easy, delicious and look fancy.
Pasta salad is delicious but more work as you have to cook the pasta. I like angel hair with soy sauce and toasted sesame.
Israeli salad is easy but more time consuming.
