olive oil and sauted onions and garlic
olive oil and olives and peppers
a bechamel sauce sauce just made with water and soy milk and margarine or skip the milk and use just flour water and a bit more spice.
A parave mushroom sauce. You could even used a parave canned soup.
sauted mushrooms in margarine.

Just made a delicious pasta salad. Rotini 3-color pasta, shredded carrots & celery, diced red and green peppers, tomatoes, shredded red onion (u have to add a Tbsp. of salt, let it soak 15 minutes and then squeeze the juice from it). Add mayo and vinegar, and a small amount of sugar and let it marinate for a few hours. Delicious!

In the end, I took out my pasta book because I remembered that there was a pareve bechamel sauce there. It made way too much (made for a meat lasagna) so I only used a bit & it was delicious.
