In my opinon this podcast of Rabbi Kalisch on 18forty should be required listening for every parent and every educator.

Imagine parents and educators would recognize "relationships over boundaries" how different would things be?? So many issues arise from boundaries at all costs even at the detriment of relationships. How many kids feel alienated from Judaism because the rules were the only thing that mattered?
How much more soul would people practice their Judaism with if they felt that people cared more about their inside than their outsides?? I found it very inspiring. Curious to hear other's thoughts.
