My Employer or my accountant.
I really don't know how to go about it.

I’ve never needed help filling it out; it’s fairly straightforward
In step 1, put in your personal information, and then check which box you will be filing as (single, married filing jointly, or head of household)
You can do just that and sign it and be done if that’s easier for you. If you want to get more technical and specific about how much your employer withholds, you can fill out how many dependents you have and if you are expecting other income besides from this job. But it’s not necessary to fill out any other steps besides the first and sign
