Zara has a sale for Black Friday, end of December/early January and mid July. You can probably find them then but I do think this sweater is a great basic piece that can be styled in a multitude of ways.

it's 40 Dollars it's not cheap but it's not 100 dollars either so maybe make her happy and splurge on a basic black one that can last all season or if you know size u can search on poshmark or mercari for one

I guess I missed the summer sale and I hope there's another one sooner than black Friday...
Do they run small? Because I don't see an XS option but I'm a little hard pressed to believe that eeeeeevryone in 7th grade wears full adult sizes.

In my experience they run very fitted so it makes sense to size up on them.

Also yes it's "only" $40 but you wish this is the only splurge my preteen is wishing for  They add up real fast so the way I cope is by looking for deals when possible. Among other strategies.
