My sons knees turn into each other, look like almost touching. He’s almost 4. What should I do?

Take him to the pediatrician for a referral to an orthopedist.

Kids may grow out of it on their own between ages 6-8. I ended up taking my kid to a chiropractor who fixed it in a few visits.
