And what temp/time?

I want to use it for a side dish on R’H. Can I bake today and freeze?

Any and all tips appreciated! I don’t remember when (or if!) I last made wild rice.

I’ve never seen a recipe for baked wild rice. It is generally boiled more like pasta - at least the recipes I use which drain the wild rice after it is cooked.

My mother bakes it. It's delicious mixed with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
