Just made amazing minute roast this shabbos frim a recipe on kosher.com. It’s called succulent minute roast. I did it in a crock pot, first sautéed the onions and carrots in the crock pot and then added the meat, after a bit I added the rest of the ingredients and it was so so good!!

Just cook it in water, with spices, and you'll have a gravy.
