I'm not sure what you mean by frum life. Most of Givat Zeev is charedi. There is a beis yaakov school there and two or three chadarim, loads of shuls. What exactly are you looking for?

Givat Zeev hachadasha is charedi.
The rest is dati-leumi/ mixed.
