you can email them or dm them on instagram to ask about how a certain items runs. I did this before they are very helpful. I would say they generally run oversized but I really think each item runs differently. Good luck!

Yeah I think different things run differently. The eden/ellie tops are pretty oversized. But then rhe dresses have different fits. I bought a dress past season in an xl but an xs in the eden top.

I only have their flowy tops (both eden and ellie I believe) and they run very large. I wore Xs even at 9 months pregnant. I think their dresses run differently.
