Don’t feel stupid. Rather use this as chizzuk for yourself. Next time you find yourself being nervous and afraid of what’s to be, try to remember back to this event that seemed so frightening beforehand and yet worked out OK BH!

I don't remember anything when I'm anxious it's just hard to breathe and I'm catastrophizing (if that's a word) in my head
