I voted that I would still work… but I did so without leaving my kids full time. I mostly worked from home and mostly when they slept with a babysitter 4-6 hours a week to make up the difference. I feel working makes me a calmer more functional happier person but do so while not majorly taking away from being the full time mommy too. So maybe your choices aren’t really capturing the full picture

I would but I would need some sort of motivation to get dressed every day. When I stay in a sweatshirt and a snood I'm less productive and feel blah. When I wear makeup and a shaitel I'm a different person.
It sounds ridiculous but I would want a job from 9-10am just to force me to look good and then I'll stay home 😂.

I’ve done it until my child was 2 with a few of my kids. Up to age 3 would be too hard for me.
