I am very confused.
I weighed a half tsp of yeast and it was 2g.
I weighed a whole tsp of yeast and its 3g.
the recipe calls for 2 tsp = 8g dry active yeast.
when I first measured 1 tsp and it was 3g I thought maybe the uk tsp are smaller than the US
but the half tsp measures 2g.
what does 1 tsp dry active yeast actually measure?
are me measuring spoons not the right size?
