I cut the pitas in half
Mix ground beef with sauteed onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin. If you're short in time use onion powder instead.
Stuff pitas. Mix oil, garlic powder and salt in a little bowl. Brush on the outside of the pitas
Bake on 350 for aprox 40 min, turning half way thru.
Some of the fat leaks out and pita crisps up. Yum.
You can grill or grill pan it too. I havent tried it.

Make asticky bread dough. Let it rise.
Wet your hands and make balls. Leave them 5 minutes on the baking sheet in a warm kitchen.
Lightly roll them into flat discs. Leave them 5 more minutes.
Pop the pan into a hot oven, and don't open it until they're done, maybe 10 minutes.
Enjoy!
