Is there a way to make the shelf stable gnocchi without boiling it? I find it gets very gummy and leaves lots of gunky residue in my k when I boil it.

Thank you,

Jennie

You can roast it. It's delicious.

I've made sheet pan gnocchi recipes with veggies and sausages.

I make a dairy version for a weeknight dinner. My family loves it. I use fresh mozzarella instead of whatever cheese it calls for.

I sauté them in a bit of olive oil, so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Yum!

I layer it on the bottom of the pan, pour a cup of oj

Layer chicken bottoms on top with spices and crumbs - cover and bake 375 for an hour and a half and uncover and broil.

I boil it but it really needs like 2-3 minutes. I boil the water, drop them in and take them out quickly. It comes out good.
