Is it red around? It's best to test if tick is one that carries Lyme. If yes, she may need antibiotic. If not, she is probably fine provided the entire tick came out.

They gave my son a one dose antibiotic just in case it had Lyme and to get rid of anything that might have started happening
For the next 30 days keep an eye out if there's a bullseye rash

There is pink around where the tick was.

I think I remember that if the tick is on for more than 36 hours (I could have this number wrong), that you need medication in order to prevent Lyme disease

Call your doctor. Take a picture of the swollen area and draw around it to see if it grows.
