Do all buyers agents have the same luck with their bids to sellers agents?

Is it ONLY the money and terms, and thats what gets the house, and nothing else matters?

Or do some buyers agents have more of an in and connections with selers agents, that makes their bids more successful?

From a few year’s experience, Usually the money and the terms. Depending on the situation, there are instances when terms are worth more to the seller than money (for example if a house is pre forclosure so seller wants to sell the house asap before losing it and someone has cash and can pay and close in record speed versus the time a mortgage process takes)
But sellers are people, and you never know what people think. I have seen sellers take a liking to a buyer they met at a showing and make their decision like that (or vice versa think someone was rude to them or their dog at a showing…) even though they are aware they can get more. Or sometimes a buyer would write a compelling letter to why the house would mean a lot to them and the letter tugged at heartstrings.
Also, There is one agent who is very aggressive and was so famously difficult to work with that the sellers in the neighborhood knew about her and would not consider an offer from her. They knew she would not talk nicely and would fight a lot throughout the process. I felt so bad for her clients because they were good people who thought is was good that she would be aggressive on their behalf - but their offers were turned down despite being highest.
I’ve experienced one non Jewish agent on more than one occasion not be honest and give deals to other agents who were very obviously connected to her. Shamelessly .

We wanted best deal possible so we used sellers agent which info can be found on Zillow. She made double commission since we used her as well so obviously she pushed our offer and maybe didn't even tell sellers of offers that were the same
