Hi I'm looking for info on this school.
What type of families send there?
How big are the classes?
Do they accommodate and offer services for kids with IEP's?
How are the IEP's compared to NYC?
(We are considering moving from Brooklyn so compared to that)
Also are there any schools I should look into?

As long as you live in FR. If you live in Nassau County it may be different.

There is no one type in darchei. It is in essence a community school and will have a parent body that covers the whole spectrum. In elementary school the classes are divided by neighborhood so you will end up having some classes that are more a specific type. My kids classes has generally been about 27-30 kids per class.

Thanks for responding!
I'm glad it's not one specific type!
Are there any other schools to apply to?

No. It goes based on the school. My son has an iep through the city even though we live in nassau.
Class size depends on grades. My son has under 20 while other classes have other 30 in the grade.

No. They do require that you sign that your son never have unsupervised access to unfiltered internet.
