My kids will only take round nipple pacifier (not orthodontic), but are ok with either the silicone or the rubber.

Which one is considered safer?

the silicone (clear ones, not the yellow ones) are better because they don't stretch. the yellow ones stretch and then the baby will not want a brand new one when the old one breaks bec it'll be much smaller....

They are currently using rubber ones and dont make an issue with new ones... I tried the silicone and they also took them.

I'm wondering specifically about safety- if silicone is safer, I want to switch all of their pacis to silicone.

Some people have an allergy.
I just like how the clear silicone looks.

So without allergies they’re equally safe?

The latex ripped for my kids more than once, we use the silicone.
