Anyone's kids doing it?
I'm trying to reach them to follow up, since my son's classes seems to have stopped with no warning. We are no longer receiving reminder calls before his biweekly sessions, and no one is returning my calls. Anyone know what's going on?

Not sure what that is.
It was covered by insurance, similar to Advenium except it's over the phone.

For the same reason?
I'm unsure if my son missed an announcement that his last session was before Sukkos, and they'd be starting a new class sometime later, but somehow, I feel like he just started, so why did it end so soon?
Why was I not notified?

To clarify:
My question is, were they shut down suddenly for some reason, or did ds and I misunderstand and they're on a break now?
I don't know anyone else doing it now that I can ask irl, and I obviously can't ask Triangle if they're not returning my calls.

So they finally called me back and said that his instructor should have informed the group that it was stopping until further notice, due to some technical issues or something on their part.
