We don't. Would you think it's weird and judge someone if they didn't?

We serve it but also don’t judge others who don’t. I’ve had very good appetizers at others homes.

I make salmon some weeks but most, we don’t serve fish. No one eats it. I have plenty of food.

I'd think it's unusual but wouldn't judge it. Everyone has different minhagim.

I would be the only person in my family who eats it.
I will make when we have company, but never when it’s just us.

We don’t. I don’t like fish and my husband is happy to skip a course. Shabbos can be so gluttonous. He sometimes has herring at kiddish

We usually have fish, but we don’t have chicken or meat because my husband is pescatarian.

We don't. It's a waste for our family on a regular shabbos.
But we do serve fish when we have guests.

I don't eat fish and since I do the cooking, I don't make it. Anyone who wants fish is welcome to make it themselves, no one's done it yet.

We almost never serve fish at meat meals. Too much food.
We often have daily meals with fish as part of the menu.

Interesting responses.
People who don't serve fish with family only, but serve fish with guests: is this so your guests don't judge you? Because it's nicer and more complete of a meal?
This is the only response where I feel like someone would judge us for not having fish:

I'm not sure what this means. It's your oneg shabbos? Or you're saying should it be everyone's oneg shabbat? If someone who invited you didn't have fish, you wouldn't feel like you're oneg shabbos?

I serve salmon on Shabbos, but only half of my family eats it. I know lots of people who don't serve fish at all and I don't think twice about it. They almost always have a different appetizer instead, though. Maybe a plated salad or potato knish or fruit, etc., but something.

I never serve it when it's just family but always feel like I "have" to serve it when I have guests.

It's funny, I have guests all the time, if someone ever had a problem over the no fish, I haven't heard it. Ironically, the one time I got judged over my no fish stance was when I was the guest at someone else's home and they noticed I didn't eat the fish. They tried to quote all these sources about the importance of fish and meat on shabbos. I just said, it's not oneg to eat something you hate. I hate fish, I don't eat it. I like meat, so I'm still getting plenty of oneg through food.
