Yes 100%. I didn’t use this specific one but my kids that used these were amazing sleepers.

They aren’t considered safe but just look for a heavier sleep sack not weighted that should help

There have been 2 infant deaths reported where the baby was wearing a weighted sleep sack and even then doctors weren’t sure if that was a cause of death. Millions of people use them all the time.
