Hi. I am moving to Israel soon BH. I’ve done a lot of research and I feel like Har nof is the place for my family. LONG SHOT, but I am looking to buy a 4 bedroom apartment or house in Har Nof. Or Givat Shaul or maybe schunat habucharim
Preferably close to Shaulson in har nof or close(walking distance ) to the sefardi shuls/ community.
If you are or know of some neighbors looking to sell, I am eager to buy. Please pm me and we’ll be in touch.

Those 3 neighborhoods are very different. Bucharim area is old, near Geulah, not American. Har Nof is very American and nicer apartments, Sfardi community as well. For Har Nof be in touch with Eiferman real estate agents.

Just come and live here first before you buy. That's what they say in all the other threads about Aliyah, so it must be true! No, really, it's very complicated to buy overseas. I know you're super excited (as you should be) but just rent for a bit until you buy. But Har Nof is a great landing spot, and I'm assuming you already know it's far from cheap.

All those cities you mentioned are different. Rent for a year and see where you like.
What shul in har nof do you like?
