DS 6 is always touching my breasts and just putting his hands on me in general.

I've told him countless times that that's not a place he can touch but he seriously doesn't understand it (or listen)
He wants to know why the baby can literally eat out of there and he can't touch, he asks me to see them, he'll rub my back if I move his hands from my breasts.

Is that something to be concerned about? I feel like it's a bit excessive

It does sound excessive but I wouldn't be concerned. He's curious like all kids

Explain to him that ALL bodies are off limits and you can't touch any part of any person. When he was a baby he ate like that too and now it's the babies turn.

Is he a sensory kid who likes touching things in general?

I'd "baby" him s little. Rock him in your arms, sing to him, call him "my baby"...

I second this.
Or look for age appropriate touch. His love language might be physical attention. Or he might just need a bit extra from you

So shoulder squeezes, high fives, cuddles or tickles before bedtime, sitting on your lap or very close to you while reading a book or looking in an album, etc.

If he gets his needs fulfilled in this way it might stop. You can also tell him about private space and discuss it.

I try to do this but then his hands end up squeezing on my breasts and sometimes in my shirt so then I just put him down and tell him I can't hold him

Oh I like these other ideas, I'll try that, I hope it's just that he likes touch and nothing more.

Some kids need more touch.

If you refuse him he’ll get it from somewhere else. My nephews were super touchy because their mother couldn’t be bothered. It was awful.

Rather he gets it from you than from god knows who.

But you can definitely have the discussion of privacy and personal space. But try to give him a lot more touch. It’s not easy but it might be very important to him.

If you keep reminding him about private spaces and touch and keep giving him the comfort he needs then he should be good
